Yes, that's why they want the Ukrainians to fight the Russians to the last man and why they want a brutal war. They want the population to be depleted by war, misery and emigration. Communism was for the same purpose and killed who knows how many million Slavic and other people - mostly Christians.

Notice that the people organising the war, like Nuland, Poroshenko, Yatseniuk, Zelensky are all Khazars (or identify as such) and do not consider themselves Slavic. They are Khazar supremacists just like this Schneerson guy from the quote above.

Whether or not the land was Khazaria a 1000 years ago does not give these supremecists the right to commit genocide on the non-Khazar Ukrainians and Russians.
