Yup... this makes more and more sense. The "superhero" part kind of threw me off track, wondering what that was about.

Trump as speaker would be awesome, and would not interfere with running in 2024. ALSO, if the Resident and Cackles end up getting removed... guess who is President again? (and still able to run in 2024).

Edit1: just for fun - this could be a head fake, getting everyone thinking about Trump as speaker... and then BOOM - DECLAS. Sorry... hopium overdose. Visions of military tribunals dancing in my head.
