I get the odd spell of the dreaded Ds: disgruntled, disappointed, despondent, depressed, dissatisfied, deflated and all that. Remind myself we are in a spiritual war and the only way to get through is to pray and praise. The negatives disappear pretty quickly. I ask to be strengthened mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, and thank God for all he has blessed me with. Soldiers need to be disciplined and loyal to their chief. Ours is the best, Jesus. He knows what we are going through and will never leave or forsake us. Be encouraged, stay busy, keep your eyes on Him and read your Bible daily..
