God helps those who help themselves.

Just so you know, fren, that's not biblical at all. Nor is the idea behind it.

Throughout the entire Old Testament, good kings of Israel waited on the Lord and sought His will. Ones who rushed into things, like Saul, all failed and were corrupted.

I agree that I'm tired of this all. But even David had to wait to become king. David never lifted a sword against Israel, nor against Saul, nor against Saul's son, and yet God brought them both down and made David king.

The future of humanity rests on this movement being successful. I certainly believe that God will accomplish His will, regardless of us.

We are called to action. We are called to cause. But don't be discouraged, pede. At the end of the day, God's plan is revealed.

I would recommend reading Isaiah 59. It talks about how even though humanity has fallen away, and God does not seem to see nor hear them due to their sins, still He intervenes, and He does so by His hand.

I'm sure you can relate to the feeling of justice being driven from society:

14 So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance; truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter.

15 Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The LORD looked and was displeased that there was no justice.

But just know that God's will is being accomplished:

16 He saw that there was no one, he was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so his own arm achieved salvation for him, and his own righteousness sustained him.

17 He put on righteousness as his breastplate, and the helmet of salvation on his head; he put on the garments of vengeance and wrapped himself in zeal as in a cloak.

18 According to what they have done, so will he repay wrath to his enemies and retribution to his foes; he will repay the islands their due.

And be encouraged as He finishes with this:

21 “As for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the LORD. “My Spirit, who is on you, will not depart from you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will always be on your lips, on the lips of your children and on the lips of their descendants—from this time on and forever,” says the LORD.
