The smallest capillaries, are at the air/blood interface, in the lungs. If you have micro-clots; this is where they will lodge.

For those with Cardio-Pulmonary Hypertension, which is a death sentence, this means that the SMALL right hand ventricle on top of the heart, which pumps blood into the lungs to get the blood oxygenated, is designed, and expecting to see very little resistance. With clots plugging up the works, it's seeing back pressure it's not designed for. Our heart has 4 chambers (ventricles). Lower right takes in blood, pumps to upper right, to lungs. Oxygenated blood collected in upper left, pumps to lower left (big powerful chamber) which pumps it through the aorta, to our body.

So, the MD will prescribe blood thinners, to help things move better; but it's just kicking the can down the road. Sooner or later, that small upper right ventricle will blow up - and you will be dead before you hit the ground - and there is nothing that anyone can do to save you.

This is probably how most vaccinated people will die, imho.
