There is no such thing as "constitutional rights." The belief in constitutional rights is a fraud, designed to make people believe that that is where their rights come from. It causes people to completely miss the obvious truth.

You have Rights, they are a fundamental part of being a person. The constitution, which is just a treaty AKA a set of agreed upon laws between Sovereign entities, can't give you anything, it can only try to take them away.

As for the WHO "seeking to become an international governing body," that also is a fraud, because by law they already are. Or rather, their parent organization, the United Nations is. The UN Treaty, which all countries must sign by coercion through many avenues, not the least of which is loans from the World Bank, gives legal Sovereignty to the Security Council who are not accountable to anyone. They can't be accountable to anyone, they are Sovereign.

Like so much else of what is going on right now, this is nothing but an exposition of what already is, because people don't realize how the system is already constructed.
