Get this: Not only did they lie about having Seth Rich's laptop, not only did they lie about not having any analysis of the laptop, but get this: THEY AGAIN USED CROWDSTRIKE to do the analysis!!! Just like the DNC server "hack" which (Ukrainian-owned) Crowdstrike blamed on the Russians!
So the FBI is keeping all the evidence about this entire chapter of US history at arm's length and relying on the DNC's own "experts" to tell them what evidence there is about whether or not Seth Rich, a DNC employee, was actually Wikileaks' source, as has been alleged for 7 years now. That's a long time to sit on an investigation that would have the power to blow up the Democrat party.
All of which tells us exactly one thing and one thing only:

There was no Russian hack of the DNC. "Fancy Bear" and Guccifer 2 were inventions of Crowdstrike. The DNC ordered a hit on Seth Rich. The FBI knew or should have known all of this, but they chose to cover it up. Bob Mueller knew or should have known all of this and investigated the "Russia collusion" hoax for 2 years and somehow never uncovered the fact that Hillary Clinton and the FBI made it all up.
