I don't think it was a test.

It was an attack and the reptiles (not elite) were successful in killing/maiming/sterilizing many people. People have been jabbed everyday for the past 3 years, and no one in authority will tell the public the truth. A lot of people with authority KNOW about the jabs, but no one will take the responsibility to say it.

Just like 53 million poultry birds killed for "Avian Flu". They are using all and any methods that works towards killing us and controlling the people left over.
