They were showing Ukrainian Police press ganging in the Ukrainian/ Hungarian border cities where the ethnic mix is 50% plus Hungarian decent.

It looks like The Ukrainians have been pressganging from the regions that are least Ukrainian and sending them to fight on the front line.
