Tiny Loophole : Canadian Humans in canada have to either wait in line to pay cash (non OHIP payment), AND HAVE DOCTORS NOTE (rare as hell and only valid from a physician licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). AND GO BETWEEN 8PM and 12 AM (non "core" hours) , AND only allowed to scan only for examinations that cover Neuro, Body, Breast and Musculo-skeletal cases, AND additionally, only MRIs legal in one or two provinces, (Ontario is one, mainly from public rage and all canadians having to drive to michigan to get MRI body scans). Lots and lots of qualifications! None for dogs or cats, or canadians driving to michigan or new york. Even with all the legal restrictions, in Ontario it is a CRIME to not do it for "cost", the MRI must not be for any form of profit, only at a loss or at cost.
Avoid the near-nonexistant medical care in Canada, and keep money on hand to fly to USA for MRI or health emergencies.

Good things about Canada, better on average than USA ?...
Shitloads of nicer things, many nicer things you notice the more you spend time there, but this is a list of things worse in Canada, not better.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT CANADA !
But whenever I lived in Canada I LOVED these things :
The caucasian Canadian people,
the clean spotless streets,
the food quality (most highest is in Quebec via many laws),
the civil infrastructure : roads, dams, rail, bridges, etc,
the beautiful views,
the amazing parks, the lakes, the wildlife, the boating
, most of Toronto
, the airports (seriously no passport needed for international travel entry depending on skin tone (no joke), USA has such exemptions too (long paper form)), witnessed it myself a few times in international terminals. And main bonus, each year you work in Canada counts for your USA retirement social security check under a reciprocal treaty!!! (up to 10 years only).
Anyway, if you think Canada would do in a pinch as a USA substitute and IF YOU ARE A LIBERTARIAN, or a freedom lover, you WILL HATE CANADA.
