That neighborhood is the most diverse and low income in Dallas (Vickery Meadows) while also having some of the highest earners and high end shops. Greenville Ave. Divides the two classes. West of Greenvile Ave. is high end shopping, Northpark Mall, The Art Institute of Dallas, Highland Park neighborhood and SMU. Just east of Greenville Ave. exists one of the highest crime areas in DFW with some of the most impoverished and diverse neighborhoods. As an example, Jack Lowe Elementary dedicates it's first day of school to handing out shoes and teaching youngsters how to tie shoe laces. When I lived in that area (2010-2018) that school indicated that the children speak 19 different languages. Large black, Hispanic, African and Asian populations.

I assure you their main clientele was not from Highland Park.
