I'm chunking through it and really I think maybe a document that summarizes all this in a more readable way is perhaps Durham's indictment of Michael Sussmann:

Basically these documents seem to describe how they became suspicious of Page and his connections to the Trump campaign and Russia, the people they were in contact with to get that info (including public news releases), and I guess this is their justification for getting the FISA warrant to spy on Trump.
But there is still TONS blacked out. Like on page 151 they state that Page is a foreign agent but from what I can tell there is still no info detailing why they think that.
EDIT: And of course you can't help reading this and think with Trump having been in office for four years there must be hundreds if not thousands of similar orders active on every bad actor out there...
