Where is your personal protocol listed...Are there any other sites that have printable material on melatonin that you know of. I have heard of Riordan Clinic...yeah...my mind is pretty blown...but I do notice that he uses more than just melatonin...so it will be interesting to put all this material together and thoroughly understand the protocol...
