I meant the American population in general. In comparison to large parts of the rest of the world. Being a Conspiracy Theorist at this stage is more a matter of perspective. At this stage I think the majority of Americans would technically be considered one. Though they likely wouldn’t consider themselves one. Simply because in their mind whatever idea or theory that technically falls under the sphere of “Conspiracy Theory.” they don’t consider one. They consider it a part of life.

And second part. A mixture of both. Whiskey Rebellion, Blair Mountain, Waco, Kill Dozer etc. All little parts from various periods of time. Coming together to help weave the unique tapestry of crazy that is American politics and American History.

Edit: The rest of the world had thousands of years to get their crazy in. We’ve had the comparative blink of an eye to catch up on making our own crazy history.
