For some reason I'm thinking HRC (Evergreen) and Huma (Home Depot?) and I've heard that dogs are handlers but in this context for some reason this sounds more like the dog is the video. In this case the video where those two women cut that innocent girl's face off (hence the dog attacking "kind stranger." The video got out into public, the authorities saw it, and are now holding HRC and Huma for 10 days until...who knows.

Also, the say quite clearly several times in the article that the "kind stranger" victim was male, but then near the end of the article we get this quote from the animal control person: "The dog sat nicely, took the treat gently from her, and then all of a sudden lunged at her face, causing injuries to her.” That's kind of weird that the victim would change genders halfway through the story (tranny stuff?)
