I prefer women not wear makeup but at the end of the day if they genuinely like wearing it then who am I to stop them? Ive always thought about how makeup has got to be a pain when its excessively hot outside or raining, not to mention it takes more time when getting ready.

Edit: Do you think TV, movies, music videos, makeup commercials, etc have contributed to harming girls and womens self esteem? "You arent beautiful unless you wear makeup" is kind of the message I get. Its similar in nature to, "Men, you arent successful unless you have a ton of money, sleep around, and are physically shredded."
