It can be difficult to understand, and debating it, I uncovered that they wish Trump had "Said no" to the vaccines, and been THE opposition to the vaccines and everything else. This situation is a perfect little microcosm of what you are talking to.
We are doing it this way, and similarly Trump (when asked) remained cooly positive on vaccines (They came out after the 2020 election remember), because the enemy wanted him to be against. They had a countermeasure for that waiting. My theory on that was that if Trump were antivax the vaccine would have been either harmless or would have conferred real side effects that were beneficial. The cabal would have adjusted. People think if Trump were against the vax the vax would be stopped and people saved. No, if he were against it the MSM would have hailed it a great success and saved the killer depop version for after Trump the lowly idiot who was against the vax was politically dead as a result.
Same for the wider war. If the 2020 was upended and Trump installed as President they had a plan for that - probably more pandemics, ruthless actions to completely overwhelm Trumps second term. Afterwards we would be once again helpless. In this context, yes Trump had to remain vax positive (we can figure it out, or enough of us can) so that he was able to remain ready for 2024 to run against a weakened cabal. The alternative is exactly as you have said - the Hydras head would grow back anew.
