Law of War Chapter XIMilitary Occupation

Section 4Legal Position of the Occupying Power

Subsection 1Right of the Occupying Power to Govern the Enemy Territory Temporarily.

The right to govern the territory of the enemy during its military occupation is one of the incidents of war. By the fact of occupation (i.e., the Occupying Power’s established power over occupied territory), the Occupying Power is conferred the authority to exercise some of the rights of sovereignty. The exercise of these sovereign rights also results from the necessity of maintaining law and order, indispensable both to the inhabitants and to the occupying force, and the failure or inability of the legitimate government to exercise its functions, or the undesirability of allowing it to do so.

I do not believe in coincidences.

These numbers, and the subject matter they refer to, are of quintessential value to the next chapter of The Great Awakening during which we will undoubtedly finally witness the End of Occupation and the expulsion of the Biden Residency from our government.

The Law of War is very clear. The Biden Occupation can only be Temporary. Their days of tyranny are limited, and their arrests are immanent upon the confirmation of 11.3 and the End of Occupation. Their governance over America is predicated on their willingness to maintain Law and Order across our land. At any time Q and the Military could step in and put an end to their temporary occupation. Q has decided to allow their occupation on a limited basis so as to use this opportunity to awaken more of the people, and further expose the Deep State and Cabal for what they truly are.
