1.) Identify what their argument is and define their argument.
(Tell them: Neo Marxism was created by the Frankfurt school. Neo Marxism seeks to subvert the culture of the US by using factors such as race sex, and sexual orientation - instead of subverting US culture using socio economic status)
2.) Obliterate the premise of their argument. Ask them questions that prove that their argument is wrong:
(Ask them: 'Do you think every white person is racist or every black person opressed?. Other examples: Straight or queer, Cisgender or Transgender, Normalizing health at every size or fatphobic ?')**
3.) Turn their argument on its head. Using your definition of their argument, expose the fatal flaw in their argument. Ask them if the flaws in their argument support or oppose the Neo Marxist ideas they promote.
(Ask them : Isn't judging all white people racist? or isn't judging all men sexist? or can transgender surgery change DNA? or isn't ignoring obesity anti science?)
