I think you way be on the money.

That was one of Q's favorite phrases and for a time it seemed it was mostly used to taunt black hats about arrests already already made (such as Allison Mack). I also remember anons coming up with all kinds of answers ("a bird sings when it's caged! A bird sings in the spring!" Etc).

BUT the phrase is also clearly used in connection to Twitter in #391 and also rounds out one of my fave posts, #153.

So...when does a bird sing? Maybe a bird sings WHEN IT'S SET FREE.
