Anyway, my initial gut reaction after some quick Linda Yaccarino research, was "WTF?" Then I did additional homework and decided to change "WTF" to "maybe she's ok, maybe she's not."

Linda certainly appears to be a "jack of all trades." For instance:

• Apart from her being the chairman of global advertising and partnerships at NBCUniversal, Yaccarino is the Chairman of the WEF's Taskforce on Future of Work and sits on the WEF's Media, Entertainment and Culture Industry Governors Steering Committee.

• She worked with the Biden White House to help create a coronavirus vaccination campaign, called COVID-19 Vaccine Education Initiative, "It's Up To You."

• Donald Trump appointed her to the President's Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition in 2018 for a two-year term and renewed her term in December 2020.

In any event, according to Musk, Yaccarino won’t assume the CEO position at Twitter for another month and a half.
