I could see them doing that and acting like it is not a big deal, and then military stepping in as you have described, and holding fresh elections supervised by them, and then inaugurating Trump on March 4, 2025 instead of January 20, 2025. [March 4, 2025 is a Tuesday, by the way];

Theoretically, there would be a delay due to the new election, but a March 4 inauguration would mean the 1932 Nazi gov't creation Amendment would be null and void, ab initio. And this might also mean that Corp US has been dissolved, and possibly 1871 Organic Act making DC an Extra-Constitutional entity rolled back?
