Just another example of meeting the George Soros agenda of racial justice. Long gone are the days of company loyalty to employees and employees to the company. Now it is pay the cheapest price for employees, not quality. Hence companies welcoming H1B visa holders. If our government wanted to be strong and support the citizens, which we all know is the opposite, the government would not allow H1B visas nor all the illegal immigration. Instead of funneling money to universities and colleges to indoctrinate in LGBQT, climate change and social justice, money would be funneled to high schools to train in manufacturing and other service industries. We see the above trend all over now where companies need to check the boxes of diversity and inclusivity: female, gay or trans, ex-military, “person of color”. In the end by checking off the boxes, they are screwing themselves. The company is NOT, in most cases, getting the best qualified. Here is just one example (which we have already seen in the current administration’s charade of our supposed “President”). My son works in the IT field. Recently a woman of color, ex-military, and a lesbian was hired because the VP in IT (who works in a different state and not directly involved, having to train, incorporate into the IT team or even deal with daily problems/issues) would not allow the team to hire unless it was a woman. This particular woman checked all of the diversity and inclusivity boxes: former military, female, lesbian and black. From week one she was a problem. (I forgot to mention the claim of PTSD.). She called off sick the first week, kept calling off ill, left early and arrived late, demanded to work from home despite missing a lot of training by ill calls. Then her father was supposedly hospitalized out of state and she needed to take “personal time” to cope with the trauma, not to see her father, but to have her nails done. She lied all the time and said she was working remotely from home, when it was clearly seen she wasn’t even logged in. No one on the team wanted to work with her, and they refused to be alone in the same room with her for fear of what she might accuse them of doing or saying. Also week one she went to HR to complain about her parking spot which was not accommodating to her disability of PTSD. It took months, working with HR and dealing with her going to HR and lodging complaints against the team, before they could fire her. She was a menace to the team and the company, a useless bottom feeder. She was not knowledgeable about IT and would lie about her knowledge, she was undependable and sucked out the morale of the IT team. Even the other quiet female on the team could not stand her. We need to get back to hiring the best qualified person: female or male; black, white or brown; gay or straight. Enough with checking the boxes. Stop making accommodations on aptitude and eptitude-you either achieve the hallmarks or you don’t. Same with college admissions-assign a number to the applicant so that the college or university has zero idea on the race or sex of the applicant. So what if the majority is of Asian heritage or if there are more females than males, as long as they have command of the English language (can spell and know how to read and write with the proper punctuation) and the test scores are such that they can succeed in college without the college having to lower standards.
