They have a huge leverage in the debt limit and McCarthy traded it away for peanuts. Even if the Senate votes it down, it would go nowhere until they have a real deal, not a fake McCarthy one.

And, no, they aren't all rinos. Unfortunately, the House conservatives may not have the numbers to do anything about this because McCarthy can depend on Democrats to give him enough votes. Plus he has his reliable rinos to get to 218.

It's too easy to lump them all together and say they're uniparty but it's never been that simple. The ones who are are in the minority and are canny about when and where they fight their battles. Calling them all uniparty tosses away any chance to find those who will fight your battles.
