Nope. To me it feels like you are mixing (confusing) metaphors. Q's description of the 40,000ft view and a need to decrease altitude indicates it means 'the upper view, seeing all the elements, is of so intense a nature that we won't be emphasizing these points anymore, because going on too much about these elements would earn us the 'conspiracy theory' label.
So here, decreasing altitude still refers to a view, not to the operation itself.
More importantly, Q has not been posting in any sort of regular way since Dec 2020, so how does changing altitude work? Are you suggesting that the Q operation will no longer post, and that a definitive point has been reached?
With apologies, perhaps I'm just missing something here, but I don't get the connections and I don't see how the culmination of the operation (where I think we are getting closer to all the time) and the increase of disclosure/openness relates to a 'decrease in altitude' of a viewpoint (it would make sense if it were a decrease in altitude of a vessel, operation, etc.
