The belt broke on my garage door opener today. Will take 8 to 10 weeks to get a new part. For a friggin rubber belt.

business issues due to people not wanting to work

As a small business owner I can attest to this. Few applications and when hired last a week or two, then quit. They want paychecks but dont want to work for them. The trades are hard work. You have to be a bad ass to push through (mentally as much as physically). Not many of those around these days. I have a seven months pregnant girl still working and the 22 year old boys cant measure up to her.
