In Bismarck North Dakota we literally just had this happen. It was discovered a Bismarck police chaplain was trying to lure kids from various places around town. THIS was the guy that they called for sexual abuse victims. He was discovered on a bunch of adult websites including video of him masturbating, and being listed on various BDSM websites. No one in our local government did anything and it wasn't mentioned in local media. Shit is so fucked up in the government and law enforcement.
