I am surprised you take Aleve for a headache with all the varied homeopathics for headache...and so specific on type/symptoms...or at the very least you could take white willow herb which works wonderfully for even migraines...you are slipping brain_dead....haha...

I rarely get headaches but I use an EO blend called M-Grain which works wonderfully...and accupressure points for sinus headache is very effective as is the tapping...so so many options...
