Curcumin
This is the one I use: Me First Living Turmeric Curcumin 1000 mg 95% Curcuminoids. After much research I found it to have the highest concentration of active ingredient, the actual curcuminoids (95%), per 1000 mg capsule.
Other preparations tend to feature "curcumin". But that refers to the root powder, which itself is only 3% curcuminoids. Me First Living Turmeric Curcumin 1000 mg 95% Curcuminoids has the real stuff. Sorry for stupid amazon link but here it is, for research purposes :) :
BTW this product works just as well as ibuprofen or aspirin for pain due to inflammation, e.g., from osteoarthritis—without the kidney cell damage. Because not an NSAID. My mother was on prednisone (steroid) pills for decades for the arthritis, a/k/a degenerative joint disease (DJD). My brother takes quarterly steroid shots in his wrists. I just use this instead and never think about arthritis pain all day. Can still play hockey on weekends. If I run out of this stuff I can hardly hold a guitar pick. I do about 4000 mg/d, it works great. Glad to know it works against the spike proteins from these crazy shedding vaxtards, too!
