Report from behind the enemy lines of New England:

Took the family to Cape Cod last week. Spent a day visiting the very scenic areas of Provincetown (slang is P-town) to see the beaches, shops and restaurants. For those that don't know, over the past 30+ years it's become quite a famous region for the LGBTQIACSI-Miami community.

The variety of flags that signal support from the businesses, hotels and homes is vast. The wife and I had to look up their meanings just to get an understanding of what community was being referenced. The most surprising were Drag Pride groups where one man was waving to traffic dressed in a pink outfit with an obvious wig and had constructed a pink Barbie Box around his head as if he were on a store shelf. The Bear Brotherhood "store" had a crowd of at least a dozen dudes hanging out chatting. Had to look up to learn that "Bears" are thicker more stocky gay men that like body hair and often leather.

I was surprised to notice that the narrow streets and beach walkways were dominated by stylish gay men dressed with the usual revealing and sometimes ridiculously tight clothes. Strangely absent were gay females. I think we only saw one female couple and a few obvious butch females walking solo.

Only a few people wearing face masks which is a good sign, but I did see several Ukraine flags and one F*ck Putin bumper sticker.

Mid Cape Cod grocery stores had several folks wearing muzzles and the shelves were stocked really well. Gas and food prices are high because it's a tourist trap.

Art is very popular on the cape and many artist have their workshops and studios in Provincetown. Even the most basic paintings seem overpriced, so I couldn't help but think that the really expensive exhibits are a means to launder cash.

The JFK museum near the Kennedy Compound in Hyannis was very nice. They included a section on Robert and had many genuine artifacts and Kennedy family possessions on display. The gift shop had JFK's book "Profiles in Courage" available for $16.99 👈 👀 Interesting (same as on line)!

Last year I noticed near the Chatham Lighthouse a sticker stating "I ♥ the Terramar Project". It was still there last week accompanied by many other evil themed stickers. I'll have to make a post describing what I deciphered and for others to add their input.
