Her constant use of a few well-worn, repeated phrases and talking points (given to her by her handlers) demonstrates her lack of comprehensive knowledge of what is happening in the political sphere and her inexperience and poor speaking skills. Her press conferences offer no details, no answers and are just a different version of what her dementia-ridden boss does when he turns and walks away the wrong direction as the journos and reporters shout at him.
