The "Y head" is, I'm almost certain, the Two Headed Eagle of the Russian Empire which was also the symbol of the Ottoman Empire (Eastern Roman Empire), the Roman Empire (Western), but it goes back to the Hittite Empire in the 13th century BC, and even back to the Sumerian Empire, 2500 years before that. it is the symbol that has ruled the world for a very long time.
I think Soros replaced the Rockefellers who do not seem so much in view now.

Just because it appears that a family no longer has control (Rothschilds, Rockefellers) doesn't mean that is what has actually happened. A huge effort of these families has been to hide their control, by building the system itself.
