Keep in mind that it is possible that some of the Jan6 people are actually FBI Deep State agents. Some weird stuff if you start looking at some of the cases, imo.
I suspect that some of these Deep State agent provocateurs were told that they would just be arrested for "show" and then released shortly after. This would create lots of confusion for both them and the Deep State, but the benefit is that some of the DS best agents cannot run other ops because they have been "captured". Optics are that these are ALL MAGA, but I don't believe that is the case. Unclear what the split is, some clearly are MAGA.
There was a good post discussing how Jan6 had multiple purposes, and one may have been to run a psyop on MAGA AND DEEP STATE at the same time to disrupt a potential Civil War, by cooling off the Patriots and sabotaging the DS operatives (who would get used for future ops) at the same time.
There appear to have been whitehats operatives in there stealing Pelosi and other laptops as well. It was both sides running their own ops on each other at the same time, but overall it appears Trump Team and MAGA benefitted the most.
