I am in no way minimizing the pain you are going through right now - on the contrary. Thanks for writing what you did, because I'm weathering similar shit and have been in some if the hardest times of my entire life. It makes it even harder when your SO, which might be all you have, isn't available for reassurance or comfort - in an already cold & lonely time.
Many of us are fucking battle fatigued from the constant fucking lies, layers upon layers upon layers of psyops and overall fuckery in absolutely every single damned faceteof our lives. We KNOW it doesn't have to be like this AT ALL.
Why in the flying fuck are we as a society doing what the morons want???!!! Because THAT'S THE FUCKING PSYOP!!!!
My only advice or pointing is to spend time finding out who you really are. Discover, if you haven't already, that you are much greater than your physical body and mind. Experience the real you - only found in silence without thought - and discover you are an eternal being that cannot be destroyed.

Not to sound cliche - but pray and ask for guidance and a reason to go on (if you really need one) - God will send you something or someone that NEEDS YOU - and one day you'll come to realize what He did and laugh your ass off about how naive you were at the time.
