We still use the ivermectin paste as a main, and a pyrantel dewormer I found from New Zealand (Combantrin chocolate squares) to swap every so often. I dewormed the initial time and then again 3 weeks later, and repeat every 3-4 months...sooner if I feel the need, but that's the route I go for the younger crew. About 2 months ago my teen decided to refuse deworming with the rest of us, so I let her go without. a couple weeks later she was the only one to get sick, and sick enough to ask me to give her a dose of it. I also take quercetin with bromelein, vitamin d, zinc, elderberry when I'm feeling out of sorts...raw and unflitered honey and oregano oil that I made sometimes as well.
