Sorry, I never addressed your hooded captives question.

There were two choppers and a second video released. From the camera angles, I suspect the video was taken from no higher than the third floor of the same building you see the ops coming out of in the first video . (So, if you use the first video as a map for orientation and the top is north and the right side is east where you see the Helicopter ... to the extreme south-east is a second Chopper)

The video I reference shows a closer to the ground view of the second chopper with at least two hooded and zip tied individuals being loaded onto the other bird, along with other bulky objects being carried by operators.

That one is likely going to be harder to find because it was basically an inside Q like drop, clearly videoed by one of the ops involved and posted on a board that was under attack on many levels and eventually had to shut down. Gaw is the surviving Grandchild of such forums of old.

If you can find it, post it here so I can archive it. I wish I had done so back in the day.

Edit: Another thing, if I recall correctly, there was a third bird hovering the entire time and when one of the choppers took off with its payload the third landed. The video ends there but I assume it was for the retrieval of the remaining operators including the op who filmed the second chopper.
