What if Americans declared there to be a category of “FBI Extremists” and started arresting them for violating our constitutional rights and bringing them before our own grand juries?

They’re declaring that they have a right to assault us for speech. It’s an open scoff toward the supreme law of the land, which says we have the right to speak freely. https://definitions.uslegal.com/s/scofflaw/

The FBI would like us to think there is a caste system in the US, that they’re above us, and that we can’t arrest them because some animals are more equal than others. Only they can arrest us. It’s a one-way street because they’re better than us.

The FBI are just federal jurisdiction police. Shouldn’t private citizens be able to perform every aspect of police work? We used to talk about citizens arrests, but the process for doing it wasn’t ever included in the discussion. Police make physical arrests, but more importantly they file the paperwork and formalize the evidence to justify bringing law and property violators before a magistrate.

Has anyone looked into how police file what papers and where they file them in order to create criminal charges? How do they legally deploy physical force during the initial confrontations? Was the paperwork done before or after the confrontation? What papers and with whom?

Lawfully. It all has to be done lawfully.

How do everyday Americans lawfully enforce the law against lawbreaking “law enforcement” “officers” who are openly violating their oaths of duty? Or are they in a separate caste above us, as they claim, and completely beyond reproach by us puissants?

Are Americans all kings, or only subjects of a king, who has divine right to rule us as he sees fit?

We must re-learn how to bring charges against criminals ourselves, rather than outsourcing it. We also have to re-learn the full role of a jury. Anyone who hasn’t familiarized themselves with Tom Woods’ book Nullification needs to.

Being a king comes with a duty.

Martin Geddes in the UK has been doing fantastic work on calling out these people for falsifying their authority and jurisdiction claims. https://substack.com/@martingeddes
