Lord please help ditzee58 with pain management & give them a way to spend as much time possible. With their family before they move further away.
I ask this in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.
Also fren, I have found that when mine flares up I need to sit for a 10-20 seconds every few minutes which sucks. That said, the flexible collapsing stool has been my best friend as I recover.

If you decide this is the way to go, you can take in in any line with you, they are pretty easy to open up & you will ALWAYS want to get a flexible one that can handle over 500 lbs (some are rated at 750lbs).
The last one (different brand) I got lasted me 6 years. With myself & multiple family members using it that weight over 350.
I would love to find one made of aluminum to see if I could get 15+ years out of them.
edit: The first one I snagged was a Wise Moose stool from a review & use their cushion for the taller flexing heavier weight stools.
