Well, that's pure opinion. I don't agree, myself. NCSWIC very well maps on to game theory that the game board is or has been structured so as to define the ultimate outcome. As in Chess, where the winning player may well know exactly that nothing can stop his checkmate from coming, but the opponent doesn't know yet and the checkmate itself hasn't happened.
