Every day since the covid lockdowns and Dr. Z stated it, I take Quercetin, Zinc, D3 and Vitamin C. If I get anything itis usually mild. Knock on wood.

If I feel anything coming on, I take Ivermectin pills and zinc immediately and it goes away by morning.

I take an eraser full of horse paste two or three times a week also.

I also have the nebulizer and food grade peroxide I use when I have a bad cold or whatever they are spreading to us.
