Remember how Trump used to be famous for shouting “I’ll sue!” back in the 80’s and 90’s, then some drops said that class action lawsuits can be very effective or some such?

I’ve been pointing out, following the lead of Martin Geddes over in England, and others who’ve done it here, that we need to figure out what laws and damages they’re causing, and start filing injunctions and other lawsuits against them on a personal level, hitting their bonds and personal liability outside of their official position for having violated their oaths.

We’ve already seen the blowback on the Satan statue. We’ve seen prior blowback on every physical reaction to every affront they commit. If we react unlawfully they won’t stop, because they can rightfully hit back after that.

What jurisdictions do we file in? What claim do we charge? What language is used? Who has standing? What are the damages? Who is the grieved party? What are the conditions and protocols to file against their bonds? Is it better to attempt common law or statutory law claims?

They’re using lawfare and trolling against us. Shouldn’t we be picking up their weapons and responding lawfully?

We can’t use force. They’re in charge of all the organized counter force. We have to figure out how to short circuit their grasp on litigation. If he’s been preparing for this for his whole life, did Trump provide us any templates for this previously?
