Are you saying that President Trump telling people the vaccine was safe and they should get one (though no one was going to hold a gun to their head to do so) and convinced untold numbers of his own supporters (mainly the elderly) to get the vax, and then they suffer and/or die from it, and Trump continuing to sing the vax's praises is all ok, because it's war?

What gets me the most is that nothing Trump said about the vax would change anything libs did. They would line up for the shot just to go to restaurants and bars.

Trump constantly singing the praises of the shot really only mattered to his own base. Mainly elderly people who were raised to believe a man says what he means and means what he says, and didn't spend hours and hours online to play sleuth detective to figure out what Trump really meant about the vax.

So yeah, people here can pat themselves on the back and marinate in their own smugness about not getting the shot, but that doesn't change the fact that the biggest victims of the clot shot was Trump's own base, and Trump is the one that persuaded them to do it.

And he is still talking about how great the vax is. Why? What purpose does that serve?
