You're obviously not "most people". You are not aware of most people outside your bubble either. How many countries have you visited? I didn't say all rural people. Anyway, its just a general statement to make a point that higher IQ is not important.

If you read my comments carefully, I am hinting lower the IQ, better the person is, its a compliment. Not an insult. Jeez.. snowflake much? I have highest respect and adoration towards farmers. I wish I was you (without the unnecessary sensitive part) based on your explanation. I have been gardening and know how hard it is and totally understand what you explained. But I am not sure that's exactly the standard IQ that they refer to. What you explained is years of wisdom, intuition, discernment, attuned with nature and experience carried out through generations - which, once again is far superior than 2 digit IQ. Higher IQ leads to too much brain function causing stress.

I don't care about "class" of people as understood in the mainstream, its just an illusion, a state of mind. In my view, farmers are the highest class, because they are mostly independent, giving and life nourishing people. The state of being "poor" is only because of our corrupt financial system, which I am sure someday will collapse. At that time farmers should be revered as kings.
