I think you’re mostly right, but a couple of thoughts:

Covid was the big play for their 2030 agenda but they had to play that card early to force mail in voting and disrupt the economy to have a shot at winning the election

The vax was also pushed out early and on a population that wasn’t nearly as desperate as needed to force the full slate of eight shots (only a half year of lockdowns and most people still had their jobs). With this benefit many people were able to avoid taking it and the vast majority stopped at 2 (IMO I think you need 4+ for it to be mostly fatal).
