Truthfully thought about not responding because YOUR accusation of my response holds no validity. Everything I said was factually correct. I made NO defense and gave no information about HOW the California AG came to bring a case against Daleiden and Merritt only that Harris did not bring the charges...she only started the investigation. My info is just from a CA government news release detailing info about the charges. I understand that Planned Parenthood colluded with the AG to prosecute these two in order to protect PP and the pro-abortion agenda. In fact Daleiden was initially sued by a pro-abortion group over the videos before being charged by the state.

I just made a valid point concerning how easy it is to believe everything that is posted...anywhere actually. This was a grave miscarriage of justice by the California government against people trying to show the truth about what is going on at PP and the litigation concerning this may go all the way to the Supreme Court. There are MANY articles concerning this online and there are many fine details that can be overlooked in the retelling of this information. In fact there were many lawsuits that were filed as a result of this disclosure of the truth by Daleiden. Facts matter...ALWAYS...and truth matters...ALWAYS.
