I asked a few weeks ago, very seriously, “how do WE, THE PEOPLE hold them accountable, as individuals?”
“Can we sue them directly as individuals?”
“Can we impanel a grand jury?”
“Can we file a lawsuit against their public bonds?” bondsforthewin.com
“How do we do these?”
“How do we sign on?”
The drops said that class action lawsuits can be very effective.
Why are we waiting on someone else to do it? I am happy to help dig on any of these, though I couldn’t sign on to it that I’m aware of. There should be a thread stickied and dedicated to doing this research.
The answer seems to come from actioning common law rather than waiting on some DA or public official to start the action.
Can we send our reps a certified letter demanding them to help bring attention to the effort once the ball is rolling? How do we do that?
Am I totally off base on all of this? If so how do we hold our elected representatives accountable?
Maybe it’s not time for this information to be released and actioned under God’s plan yet, but shouldn’t we at least know what to do when the time is ready?
