I found an Archive link to a book that does a fairly good job at explaining the Vrils secret society, it's connection to the Thule Society and the Nazi party. The Nazis at their root were Occultists and many of the top echelon belonged to these occult societies before launching their version of the beast kingdom that sought to subjugate the world, much like the first iteration of a one world totalitarian government, Nimrods Babylon.
