As of yesterday, TwinBros LLC, a small company that was manufacturing the Hoffman Tactical Super Safety out of heat treated steel was raided by the corrupt ATF!!! THIS IS TRYANNY

If you dont know what the Super Safety is, it was a design made by Hoffman Tactical to allow the AR-15 to actively reset the trigger and go into safe mode as the bolt goes back and then return to fire mode once the bolt returns forward. This works similar to a FRT or Forced Reset Trigger, but instead of being a trigger, it replaces the safety with a push button safety and a lever that interacts with the bolt.

The Super Safety was given to a retired ATF agent by Hoffman Tactical for evaluation and the retired ATF agent proved it to NOT violate the NFA, GCA, etc and that it does not classify as a machine-gun according to current legal definition.

The ATF has now gone and claimed that it IS a machine gun and thus claiming it to be a felony to own and produce. Im hoping NAGR takes legal action and fights to the bitter end until these are ruled LEGAL.
