Just did a quick search and this is wrong though DST is a separate sorority that broke off from AKA in early 1900s. Letisha Tish James(of Ohio) was AKA at first HBCU in Cleveland, Ohio. Noteworthy is that Letitia Tish James(NY AG sorority Delta Sigma Theta) and Kamala(sorority AKA) WERE at Howard U at the same time mid 80’s
