I will refrain from drawing any conclusions until more details emerge, but it doesn’t look good.

Depending on who is found to be responsible for this attack… it could have global implications…

Also there was the small issue of the US warning its citizens to stay away from public places in and around Moscow, less than two weeks ago. Coincidence because elections? That little factoid was only briefly talked about at the time. What did they know? How did they obtain pertinent informations that in hindsight seem rather temporally related? Or were the intelligence services in USA just speculating, given political climates surrounding elections? Do they always issue warnings like that in foreign elections? OR was it just this one?

USA and 'Five eye' country citizens had better pray that the perpetrators were unhinged NAzis form OOkrayn, going off-script in desperation, smuggled into Russia via one of those refugee re-settlements, butthurt and re-armed ... or something like that (speculation). In any case, if there is even a hint of Western-glowie-detected, in the very thorough investagation, who knows what will happen ....
